Discover life’s fun and adventure at Rainforest Park Cebu!

THE idea of an awareness hub to advocate the environment may not sound particularly thrilling to everyone, but having fun thrown in the mix might leave a little more room for consideration.
How education and adventure come together to offer something unique is for kids and adults alike to find out, as Rainforest Park Cebu opens its doors this week.
As the first tourist attraction of its kind, Rainforest Adventure Cebu promises entertainment and leisure while promoting the environment, an advocacy that owner Butch Guillen feels strongly about.
Inspired by similar rainforest parks in the US and in Europe, Guillen thought of how having one would greatly increase consciousness, especially with the current environmental problems in the Philippines, such as floods and landslides.
Putting up his own park was one thing; driving his environmental point home by actually getting people to stay and immerse themselves was another.
With Rainforest Park Cebu, expect a little something for everyone, thrill-seeker or not.

Last weekend,  My group mates and I went to rainforest park cebu. The weather was perfect and it made our stay more enjoyable.
It is very accesible in the mainstream of the city (less than 3 mins from Ayala Business District), located at Ayala Access Road, Mabolo, Cebu City, where one and a family altogether can relax and at peace while enjoying the serenity, atmosphere and the natural beauty of nature.
The main attraction is, of course, the Jungle Adventure Rides. Nine different, yet equally exciting offerings are bound to bring out a rush of adrenaline. There’s the Cargo Net, the Deep Bucket, the Earthquake, Vines, the Cat Walk, the Jacob Ladder, the Burma Bridge, the Zip Zag and Wall Climbing. As kids eight years and above get to enjoy these, smaller children get to zoom around the site in miniature cars, or walk around in the floor-simulated fountain.

Safety is their main priority!

Environmental Trivia!

coming soon!

Meanwhile, the Oceanarium Restaurant offers a different kind of excitement. Dine alongside three huge aquariums with a multitude of colorful angelfish, live corals, sharks and sting rays. On the other side is a man-made forest with artificial rain, giving off the feeling of being in a true rainforest indeed!
Parents and other adults accompanying children will be pleasantly surprised to know that Rainforest Park Cebu also put in a lot of thought for them as well – all while offering a close eye of their charges. Moms get to relax at the Oasis Spa & Salon, while Dads get the option to catch a drink at the nearby Tribes’ Bar, or coffee at the Zoofari Café.
There’s also Pipo’s Gelato, the Jungle Snack Bar, and the Tropicana Convenient Shop to go around, and of course, the Rainforest Gift Shop where one can get souvenirs of their visit.
The Rainforest Park Cebu, located along the Ayala Access Road in Panagdait, Mabolo, is open everyday, from as early as 9 a.m. for the coffee shop to as late as 1 a.m. for the bar. The Jungle Adventure Rides are open from 8 a.m. to 12 m.n.

We really had a blast last week-end! I wanna do it again.....
